Ad Hoc Meeting Space Reservation
The deadline for exhibit registration is February 1, 2008.
Important Information for Meeting Organizers:
- Ad hoc meetings will not be scheduled during normal Conference hours in order to avoid conflict with planned Conference activities.
- Advertising of ad hoc meetings in Conference publications is not allowed. A sign containing the group or meeting name will be provided on an easel outside of each ad hoc meeting room.
- No advertising, promotion, or sales of any product or service may take place during any ad hoc meeting.
- No registration fees may be charged for ad hoc meetings.
- Audiovisual equipment, computers, and food and beverages will not be provided for ad hoc meetings. If you choose to use/provide these items during your ad hoc meeting, you will need to make all arrangements directly with the hotel. You will be responsible for all associated costs.
- Any food supplied during ad hoc meetings must be purchased from the hotel. No food may be brought in from outside sources.
- The Conference Manager reserves the right to deny ad hoc meeting space to any group or individual if, in the opinion of the Conference Planning Team, the provision of such ad hoc meeting space might create the appearance of a potential conflict of interest.
