The USDA’s National Finance Center (NFC) has many online applications available to employees to address their payroll and personnel needs.

NFC Employee Personal Page
As a registered user of the Employee Personal Page (EPP) you can view your payroll, leave, travel, health and life insurance, savings bond, and other personal information, read news items from your agency or NFC, and link to your favorite sites. TALX: The Work Number for Everyone
USDA employees are able to use this service to provide employment verification to secure a loan or rent an apartment. This service provides employment and salary verification information through a touch-tone phone to credit and reference verifiers upon request.

New Login Instructions for EPP
Effective February 25, 2008, users, who login to EPP, will be required to create a User ID once they have successfully accessed their EPP account. Some EPP users may be required to change their current EPP password if it does not meet the new password requirements. For more information, please see the Instructions for EPP.
