Travelers at Washington Dulles may now take a direct bus to Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum's Udvar-Hazy Center. The buses a re operated by the regional transportation authority and run 10 times a day, every 45 minutes. The ride is less than 15 minutes and costs 50 cents each way.

The bus station in Washington, DC is located at 1005 1st Street, NE at the corner of L Street. Both the station and ticketing services are open 24 hours a day.

By Car

Washington, DC is circled by the Capital Beltway, formed by Interstates I-495 and I-95. Interstate 66 leads from Washington, DC west to Virginia. Interstate 50 heads east to Annapolis, MD, the Chesapeake Bay and the beaches. Interstate I-95 heads north to Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York. Interstate 270 heads north to Frederick, MD, and beyond.
