The Food and Drug Administration is now posting all grant application packages on the Grants.gov Web site and accepting electronic applications!
The site allows organizations to electronically review and apply for competitive grant opportunities from all Federal grant-making agencies. Grants.gov is a unified storefront for interactions between grant applicants and the Federal agencies that manage grant funds.
To comply with the President's Management Agenda, the Department of Health and Human Services is participating as a partner in the new government-wide Grants.gov Apply initiative. Users of Grants.gov will be able to download a copy of the application package, complete it off-line, and then upload and submit the application via the Grants.gov site. We request your participation in this exciting project. When you enter the Grants.gov site, you will find information about submitting an application electronically.
Grants.gov has a link for "Getting Started," which provides step-by-step instructions. You will be asked to complete four separate registration processes before submitting your application. Please allow at least two weeks for these processes which are:

All unsolicited applications, with the exception of those directed to the Center for Veterinary Medicine, are submitted to the National Institutes of Health, Center for Scientific Review, 6701 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD 20892-7710.
