With continued focus on the safe food handling behaviors of Clean, Separate, Cook, and Chill, this campaign
uses new consumer-tested materials and messages to help consumers change their behavior and maintain those changes.

Food Safety Education Staff (FSES)
FSES educates consumers about the importance of safe food handling.
This staff manages educational programs
including the Meat and Poultry Hotline, Thermy, and Be Food Safe.
Executive Correspondence & Issues Management Staff
In addition to handling executive correspondence on a variety of public health,
scientific, and regulatory issues, this staff ensures compliance with the
Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act.
