Copies of aerial images developed under a national program administered by the U.S. Geological Survey. The images for Michigan were acquired during two time periods beginning in 1992 and 1998. All images downloaded from this site are in MrSID format. Along with various GIS and CAD software, MrSID files can be displayed with either a free viewer or a Web browser with a plug-in. Aerial images of Michigan acquired by the Department of Natural Resources between 1997-1999. Information about this image series and previous statewide flights is in the product description. Although this photography is not currently available online, copies in digital or photographic formats can be ordered.
