• Accessible Programs, Services, and Facilities What the DNR is doing now to make our programs, facilities, and services more accessible to everyone and what we plan for the future.
• DNR Accessibility Strategic Plan The DNR strategic plan for accessibility was envisioned in 2002. The plan was intended to provide a broad overview of the work required in order for Department programs, facilities and services to be inclusive and comply with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Legislative Mandates and Statues Numerous opportunities are offered for sportspersons with disabilities through statute, and through authority delegated to the Natural Resources Commission under PA 451 of 1994, the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act.
