Buckwheat Flour (Supreme) |
COMMODITY FACT SHEET
The buckwheat flour shall be prepared from the buckwheat fruit, in which the hull has been largely incorporated. The buckwheat flour shall have a acidic buckwheat taste, be free flowing, free of caked lumps, and meet the following analytical requirements.

The buckwheat flour shall conform to the following detailed chemical and physical requirements:

PACKAGING
The buckwheat shall be packaged in two pound plastic bags, four pound plastic bags, or 50 kilogram woven polypropylene bags.
