Discover How Ergonomic Software Can Provide Support to Computer Users
Learn about the latest computer software options to help avoid discomfort at your workstation. These include applications that remind you to take periodic rest breaks, instruct you on specific helpful stretches, and allow for less use of the mouse and keyboard.
