ANWR-1002 Area
The Oil and Gas Resource Potential of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge 1002 Area, Alaska, Open-File Report 98-34.

Mallik Project
Mallik 2002 was an international program to investigate gas hydrates, led by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). More than 100 leading scientists from Canada, Japan, the U.S. (including USGS Energy Resource Program Scientist, Tim Collett), Germany and India took part in this groundbreaking research - the first of its kind in the world.

National Oil and Gas Assessment (NOGA Online)
The USGS Energy Resources Program provides periodic assessments of the oil and natural gas endowment of the United States. New, prioritized, assessment results, as part of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA) and the current National Assessment are shown on the National Oil and Gas Assessment website (NOGA Online). Additional EPCA and priority basin assessment results will be posted as they become available.

NPRA Legacy Data Archive
The National Petroleum Reserve, Alaska, (NPRA) Legacy Data Archive represents one of the largest geological and geophysical data sets held by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).

World Future Gas Consumption
Map that displays the total future natural gas resources world wide along with total world gas assumption. In this context, future gas is the sum of remaining reserves and undiscovered resources. The source of gas consumption is from the Energy Information Association (EIA) website published in 2003.

Map that displays the total future oil resources world wide along with total world oil assumption. In this context, future oil is the sum of remaining reserves and undiscovered resources. The source of the oil consumption data is from the Energy Information Association (EIA) website published in 2003.
