There's a lot you can do both before and during pregnancy to help you have a healthy baby. Learn more at marchofdimes.com.

Through the AFL-CIO Community Services Network, union members help serve our communities and our brothers and sisters stricken by natural disaster, financial hardship, illness, unemployment or other difficulties.

Many central labor councils have staff members who help local union members and others in need connect with local sources of help.

These resources will connect you with the Community Services Network as well as partner organizations.
