What is a Forum?
A Forum is a small program that automatically redistributes e-mail to names on a mailing list. Users can subscribe to a forum by sending an e-mail note to a forum they learn about; the forum will automatically add the name and distribute future e-mail postings to every subscriber. (Requests to subscribe and unsubscribe are sent to a special address so that all subscribers do not see these requests.)
What is WaterTalk, SewerTalk, StormTalk, GISTalk, and UTalk?
They are forums for discussion of topics dealing with water distribution, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer modeling respectively. Pertinent subjects may include questions, tips, shortcuts, or any other topics regarding:
- Hydraulic and water quality modeling techniques
- Real world vs. models (demand allocation, skeletonization, calibration, etc.)
- Software and data management (modeling packages, GIS, CAD, etc.)
- Research and theory

SewerTalk-digest@lists.mycivil.com
StormTalk-digest@lists.mycivil.com
GISTalk-digest@lists.mycivil.com
