National Advisory Committee on Meat & Poultry Inspection:  Committee Members 2007-2009
Membership in the Committee has been broadened to provide greater representation from state and consumer interests; this will result in more substantial contributions to USDA's regulatory policy development. The members are selected to serve a two-year term. The committee generally meets twice a year and addresses food safety and policy issues of concern to the USDA.
