The Committee noted that its Ninth Session was scheduled to be held in approximately two years time,
subject to further discussion between the Codex and New Zealand Secretariats and taking into
consideration the schedule of the other Codex Committees.
The Committee continues to work on:
- Proposed Draft Standard for Processed Cheese
- Maximum levels for annatto extracts in Codex individual cheese standards
- Methods of Analysis and Sampling for Milk and Milk Products Standards, including AOAC standards
