System Updates and Maintenance
W2s Processing Jan. 16-18
The production jobs scheduled to run Friday (Jan. 16) evening will start at 6 p.m. instead of 8 p.m. Production should finish by 12:30 a.m. Saturday.
The job to create W2s will start around 1 a.m. Saturday and run for approximately nine hours. When it finishes, the printing will begin.
The job that creates the W2s will take the entire system. Please do not submit any production jobs that might run during the 1-11 a.m. window Saturday.
Finance, HR, and Purchasing applications will be down for scheduled maintenance during these times:
- Every Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. EST
- Weekends from 3 p.m. Saturday to 4 a.m. Sunday EST
Student systems accessed through the myPurdue portal will be down for scheduled maintenance:
- Every Saturday from 4 p.m. to midnight EST.
