Residents of Connecticut's Fifth Congressional District can request tickets to the Inauguration from my office.  We have a limited number of tickets available, so if we cannot accomodate your request, you can still attend President-Elect Obama's speech.  A large section of the National Mall will be open to the public without a ticket.

Chris Tours a Career Center in Torrington

 Chris toured the Torrington CTWorks Career Center to see firsthand how people are coping with the economic downturn.  As unemployment increases, Murphy discussed the need for an economic stimulus package to strengthen Connecticut’s economy.
