    • Adding Activity to Your Life: Do you find it difficult to include physical activity in your daily schedule?  This guide gives you three easy steps to begin a more active lifestyle.  It also includes stretching and strengthening exercises to increase flexibility and strength.
  • Traveling Trainers - Call 49-45461 to request. Here's the explanation of the tool. WorkLife Programs offers fitness for the road. Traveling Trainers are offered for check out when you are making a business trip, taking a vacation, or if you will just be on the road and away from the gym. These trainers contain exercise bands, an instructional tape or DVD, and a Diner's Guide to make sure that you can still maintain your fitness routine even when you're away from home.
