Match the descriptions in the pyramid to each of the six food groups listed further below.

The Food Pyramid

  1. Top point of the pyramid -- eat just a bit of these.
  2. 2nd level from top, on left -- 2 or 3 servings.
  3. 2nd level from top, on right -- 2 or 3 servings.
  4. 3rd level from top, on left - 3 to 5 servings.
  5. 3rd level from top, on right -- 2 to 4 servings.
  6. bottom level -- 6 to 11 servings.

Food Groups to Choose from:

A. Bread group
B. Vegetables
C. Fruits
D. Milk Products
E. Meat Group
F. Fats and sweets.
