                          PRESS ADVISORY


       Health and Human Services Secretary Louis W. Sullivan,
M.D., is scheduled to speak at Howard University on Tuesday,
February 19, at 10 a.m. in Cramton Auditorium.  The Secretary
will speak on health care services and access to care.   This is
the third in a series of forums on health care issues given by
the Secretary.
