HHS ENHANCES WEB PAGE AS EASIER-TO-USE RESOURCE
ON DISASTER INFORMATION


HHS Secretary Tommy G. Thompson today announced that HHS has re-organized the agency's Web page to make it easier to find information on resources available to those affected by the September 11 terrorist attacks in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania.

"The new Web page is a one-stop site for people to turn to for information on how to help if they want to and where to get help for themselves, family or friends," Secretary Thompson said. "The site also provides factual information on the public health issues relating to the aftermath of the attack."
