ITD Special Event Questionnaire
Prior to submission of this form, please make sure your conference space has been secured and reserved. Please be advised that ITD does not supply computer hardware or peripherals for your event. Clicking [Submit] button below sends the data entered to the managers of the ITD networking and telecommunications groups and to the manager in charge of scheduling the large conference space at BNL.
