What are the issues? You are being asked to research one main question that is composed of many aspects. The question, put simply, is: How can communities prepare for a future bioterrorism attack? In this section you will be thinking about what bioterrorism means and the issues surrounding preparedness.
In Phase Two you will be identifying resources, including databases, books, the grey literature and composing search strategies.
