To get answers to most financial aid questions without making a trip to the Division of Financial Aid office, students and parents are encouraged to use our Email Inquiry Service. Most questions asked via this Email Inquiry Service will be answered within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). For your information, at peak service times of the year in April, July, and August, we may not be able to meet our 2-3 day turnaround estimate. Feel free to utilize other contact methods if you need more immediate assistance.
To ask a financial aid question, simply use the form below. We request that you include your Purdue ID number if you have one, but do not include your social security number. If you do not have a Purdue ID, please include enough information for identification (student’s full name, date of birth, home town, etc.) if you are asking a question specific to your records. If you consider your inquiry urgent, it is recommended that you contact DFA via phone, rather than email.
