  • "Promising Practices on Application Forms:" - Examples collected by the national Application Workgroup of HHS/OCR, illustrating approaches to reducing access barriers faced by vulnerable populations on application forms for federal public benefits.
  • "Promising Practices: Community Education and Outreach Materials Promoting Access by National Origin Minorities" - A packet compiled by HHS/OCR showing different approaches taken by states, counties, federal agencies, and consumer groups to crafting community education messages to reduce access to barriers faced by immigrant families.
