General Catahoula Ranger District Information
Visitors to the Catahoula Ranger District can enjoy the picturesque setting at Stuart Lake Recreation Complex, hike or bike along the Glenn Emery Trail, visit the original LSU Site in Pineville, hunt during the fall and winter days in the National Catahoula Wildlife Management Preserve, or ride an OHV on one of two trails on the Camp Livingston trails.

Recreation Opportunities Information
Catahoula Camping Opportunities Include five campgrounds: at the Stuart Lake Campground, the Bankston Camp, the Highway 472 Camp, the Pearson Camp, and the Saddle Bayou Camp.
Catahoula Trail Opportunities Include: The Camp Livingston Trails, the Glenn Emery Trail, and the Stuart Nature Trail.
Catahoula Day and Group-Use Opportunities Include: The Stuart Lake Day-Use and Group-Use Areas and the Iatt Lake Observation Pier Day-Use Area.
Other Catahoula Area Opportunities include: The Catahoula Hummingbird and Butterfly Garden Area, the Catahoula National Wildlife Management Preserve, and Stuart Seed Orchard Area.
Catahoula Unit Area Fees: A listing of all Unit area fees with instructions on the proper use of pay envelopes at the pay stations.
