3-D Images of Cocaine in the BrainThese images were made by combining and averaging the brain scans of several dozen people who participated in studies at BNL's PET scanner. They show where cocaine concentrates in the brain (red), from several different vantage points. All studies at BNL are peformed in accordance with
strict legal and ethical guidelines.
