Excess Moisture and Wet Field Conditions

You can download a copy of Excel Viewer 2003. It allows you to open, view, and print the Excel workbooks. However, you cannot edit data, save a workbook or create a new workbook. Those actions require Microsoft Excel. You can purchase Microsft Office, which includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
