El Centro Immigration Court

The El Centro Immigration Court is temporarily closed because of renovations at the El Centro Detention Center. All of the detained hearings will be conducted at the Imperial Immigration Court. Until further notice, please direct any telephone calls and correspondence concerning El Centro detained cases (including changes of venue) to the Imperial Immigration Court:

Port Isabel Immigration Court

Due to damage sustained during Hurricane Dolly, the Port Isabel Immigration Court will be closed until further notice.

San Pedro Immigration Court

The San Pedro (SPD) Immigration Court has suspended hearings at that location due to the temporary closure of the Department of Homeland Security detention facility. Any SPD filing or inquiry should clearly be marked as a San Pedro case and addressed as follows:
