Kathleen Hawk, Director of the Bureau of Prisons, presented the award to Walsh at the Department's Computer Security Conference. Walsh narrated the videotape, provided the assistance of the "America's Most Wanted" film crew and the use of the FOX Television Studio facilities for taping at no cost to the Department.
