Secure Base Percentages

The Secure Base Percentage is the ratio of the Insurance Fund to outstanding adjusted insured obligations.  Those ratios asterisked include only the Unallocated Insurance Fund.  (On December 31, 2003, FCSIC transferred $39.89 million to the Allocated Insurance Reserves Accounts, AIRAs.  For further information, see “The Secure Base Amount and Allocated Insurance Reserves Accounts.”)
