President's Circle
join The President's Circle of the National Council for Science and the Environment

You are invited to join our President’s Circle. Members of the President’s Circle provide vital support for our work to advance science-based solutions to the critical environmental challenges of climate change, energy and the green economy, water, forestry, and wildlife conservation. Members understand that effective solutions require that policymakers, civil society, and individuals receive and use credible scientific information.

NCSE has set a standard for turning good ideas into innovative programs, providing forums that bring science and policy together, and building diverse coalitions to address complex environmental problems. Our organization is endorsed by more than 500 universities, state and local government organizations, business and environmental groups, and professional societies.

As a President’s Circle member, with a contribution of $500 or more, you will enable NCSE to strengthen its cutting-edge programs and promote a healthy environment and sustainable communities.

Joining our President’s Circle will entitle you to the following annual benefits:

  • Complimentary registration for NCSE’s 10th National Conference on Science, Policy and the Environment: The New Green Economy, in Washington, DC, January 2010. Our signature, annual conference draws hundreds of the nation’s top scientists and policymakers.
  • Recognition in NCSE’s annual report of the National Conference on Science, Policy and the Environment.
  • Autographed copies of the John H. Chafee Memorial Lecture on Science and the Environment featuring such presenters as Jared Diamond and E.O. Wilson.
  • Satisfaction that you are making an investment for a more sustainable world.
