    At the June 25, 2003 Commission Meeting the Commission Issued Sweeping Show Cause Orders To Companies Alleged To Have Gamed Western Energy Markets; Hearings Set To Explain Actions, Address Remedies. News Release PDF

    At the meeting, as in the Orders, the Commission stated, "... we encourage the Identified Entities to resolve these proceedings by settlement with the Commission's Trial Staff."
