The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has approved 30 Indiana counties for individual assistance. Flood victims can complete their FEMA application on the phone by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (1-800-462-7585 TTY) or online at http://www.fema.gov/assistance.
