NACD/NRCS National Earth Team Award Presented

NRCS Chief Bruce I. Knight helped present the National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD)/NRCS Earth Team Award to the Polk County, Oregon conservation district last week at the Annual NACD meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. Each year at the annual NACD national meeting, the NACD/NRCS National Earth Team award is presented to a soil and water conservation district that demonstrates shared leadership among district officials, NRCS employees, and Earth Team volunteers.
