How We Do It
Rural Development values
partnerships with state and local government as well as nonprofit
organizations who share our goals of creating economic opportunity
and improving the quality of life for rural residents. Whether it's
housing, community infrastructure or economic development, our goal
is to emphasize customer service in order to provide assistance to
rural communities in greatest need. We have over 40
loan and grant programs that can serve as
the catalyst to improve conditions by offering technical assistance
and increasing the flow of capital through leveraged partnerships.
