Regional General Permit for ODOT Bridge Repair & Replacement

On July 29, 2004, the Portland District Regulatory Branch issued Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) the Regional General Permit for ODOT Bridge Repair and Replacement (ODOT Bridge RGP). The ODOT Bridge RGP programmatically authorizes the repair and replacement of bridges on state highways funded under the Oregon Transportation Investment Act (OTIA) III State Bridge Delivery Program (OTIA III Bridge Program).

RGP Qualification: The ODOT Bridge RGP is limited to projects that are ODOT-delivered (administered by the OTIA III Bridge Delivery Unit (OBDU) and Oregon Bridge Delivery Partners (OBDP)) and part of the OTIA III Bridge Program. The ODOT Bridge RGP does not cover local agency bridge projects administered through ODOT's Local Agency Program or OTIA III Local Agency Funding.
