NSF I/UCRC 2006 Annual Meeting

Industry/University Cooperative Research Centers

January 11, 2006 7:00 PM  to
January 13, 2006 1:30 PM
Key Bridge Marriott Hotel, Arlington, VA

Please join us January 11-13, 2006, for the NSF I/UCRC Annual Meeting at the Key Bridge Marriott in Arlington, Virginia! Thanks to your feedback from the 2005 Annual Meeting and responses to the Directors’ questionnaire, your Planning Committee has been hard at work, putting together a stimulating and interactive agenda that will appeal to everyone

One prominent theme of this year’s Directors meeting is marketing your center. A focus on industry recruitment, gleaned from the results of a recent Director survey, will examine several effective approaches for securing and sustaining industry membership for centers.  A second prominent theme is achieving self-sufficiency. At the request of the Annual Meeting Planning Committee, Directors of centers that have graduated from the I/UCRC program and continue to flourish are invited to share their experiences in meeting the challenges of “life after NSF.”
