CSREES Awards Air Quality
Grants
CSREES has awarded $5 million in air quality grants to 11 institutions to conduct air quality projects aimed at developing and evaluating emission control technologies that will lead to developing emission data for agriculture production practices and mitigation techniques.
The objective of the air quality funding opportunity is to develop emission data for agriculture, forest, and range production practices and to improve understanding of odor, gases, and particulate matter (PM) measurement, production, flux, fate, and transport. Abstracts of CSREES-funded air quality proposals are available.
