  • Abstract Plus is an abstracting tool used to summarize the medical record into an electronic report of cancer diagnosis and treatment by abstractors and other individuals or groups who work with cancer data. This software was developed at CDC's Division of Cancer Prevention and Control in support of CDC's National Program of Cancer Registries (NPCR). All data items in national standard data sets, including text, are supported.
