Current Research:

Currentresearch is directed at the development of control strategies for pests that affect regeneration of southern pines.Particular emphasis is placed on the study of diseases that affect production of forest-tree seedlings; development of management strategies for control of pests in forest-tree nurseries; research on diseases of forest-tree seeds and development of control strategies; and research on diseases of southern pines caused by the pitch canker fungus.
