Randall Luthi, Service Deputy Director, recently toured sea lamprey management activities in northern Michigan. 

He viewed the sterilization facility, local sea lamprey traps, a barrier, a pheromone field study site, and other sea lamprey research at the USGS Hammond Bay Biological Station. 

Luthi was presented with a model sea lamprey and assisted with fin clipping of sterilized animals.
