Journal Entry   Back Junior Duck Stamp Program Featured at Local Arts Festival Southwest Region, February 10, 2007 Print Friendly Version Volunteers from the New Mexico Junior Duck Stamp (JDS) Program staffed a booth at the Socorro Community Arts Party. This is the third year that the JDS program has participated in the event. The JDS booth offers contest brochures and entry forms as well as tips on how to draw ducks and the opportunity to create and enter art on the spot. This year 300 students visited the booth. The Socorro Community Arts Party is an annual event that is attended by approximately 1000 parents and children from the local area.
