National School Lunch Act - Section 13 of the National School Lunch Act authorizes the Summer Food Service Program Regulations.  This version of the Act is dated October 1, 2008.

Child Nutrition Act - The Child Nutrition Act effects certain provision of the SFSP. This version of the Act is dated Oct. 1, 2008.

The Child Nutrition and WIC Reauthorization Act of 2004 - Public Law 108-265 - The Act made several changes to the Summer Food Service Program, as well as to National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program and the Child and Adult Care Food Program. This version of the Act is dated July 2, 2004.
