Federal Records Centers – DVD

This DVD gives a visual overview of the core services of the FRCs, including transfer, reference and disposal, electronic records storage and servicing, and custom services. It also explains how FRC staff ensure that Federal records are securely stored and readily accessible to agency customers.

Copies of the DVD are available free of charge to all Federal agency staff with records management responsibilities, and are ideal for your agency's training and other records management events.

To order, send an e-mail to frcvideo@nara.gov with your name, agency name, the quantity of DVDs needed, and the address to which they should be shipped. Please note: in order to avoid delays and/or damage to the DVDs, please provide an address that is not affected by security irradiation.
