Abstract

The National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS) handles inquiries on the following: arthritis, bone diseases, and skin diseases. Some requests for information are handled by the National Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases Information Clearinghouse.

Publications

Consumer and professional education materials are available about arthritis, epidermolysis bullosa, scoliosis, Paget's disease, psoriasis, vitiligo, osteoporosis, autoimmune disease and many other diseases of bones, muscles, joints, and skin. All of the publications are listed at www.niams.nih.gov/hi/index.htm, and can be downloaded from there or ordered via the shopping cart on the NIAMS Web site.
