Government Accountability Office Contract Appeals Board (GAOCAB)

The GPO has discontinued its agreement with the Department of Veterans Affairs Board of Contract Appeals (VABCA). For resolutions of contract disputes, the GPO has designated the U.S. Government Accountability Office Contract Appeals Board (GAOCAB) to hear appeals from final decisions of GPO Contracting Officers.
