Below are lists of low water use plants compiled by Yavapai County Master Gardener, Mary McCormick, for North Central Arizona elevations ranging from 3,000 to 5,500 feet. The list currently has 10 annuals, 3 biennials, 16 grasses, 74 perennials, 107 shrubs, 35 trees, and 5 vines. It is currently undergoing review and comments are due to be incorporated by July 2005. This is and will continue to be a work in progress.
