The FDLP Desktop serves as a centralized resource for the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP), which disseminates U.S. Government information to the American public through libraries across the nation. Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations and progress of the Program and utilize various tools in order to enhance public services.

A new microfiche vendor, Data Management Internationale, was recently selected for program 823-S (Bound Congressional Record), effective November 1, 2007, replacing Thomson West Court Records Service (West/CRS). Please send claims to the new contractor at the below address, which now appears on the shipping lists.

Contracts with West/CRS for several microfiche document sets have expired and are now being reviewed. Among them are 613-S (Code of Federal Regulations) and 562-S (Senate and House Committee Prints, Reports, Documents and Joint Committee Publications). Distribution of microfiche titles for these documents will resume when the contracts are awarded, projected to be in March.

We will notify the community upon the selection of the new vendor(s).
