U.S. Pork Exports for 2001 Revised Upwards Again

U.S. pork exports for 2001 have been revised upwards, yet again, to 700,000 tons, with Japan accounting for nearly 50 percent (before the gate price was triggered), and exports to Canada and Mexico also expected to set records. At the same time, U.S. hog exports are dropping, and hog imports are setting records.
