Brazil:  Forecasting the Unknown

The Foreign Agricultural Service's Production Estimates and Crop Assessment Division (PECAD) participated in the annual USDA Data User's Forum held in Chicago October 21, 2002.  PECAD presented an overview of Brazil's soybean production, focusing on the 2001/02 production estimate, the outlook for 2002/03 season, and the future growth in soybean production in Brazil.
